Extra deck needs 2 blackwing armed wing, blackwing armor master, and blackwing silverwind the ascendant.

Note: I never get much of a chance to use dark creator, but when you draw it deep in the game, it is a game changer. The best combo in here is to use royal oppression to stop you opponents powerful monsters from hitting the field while you can use blackwing vayu’s effect to special summon, and if they negate with royal oppression, just activate vayu’s effect again, which you can since its effect activates in the graveyard as long as it is still in the graveyard.
